    Return Policy

    To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Our return policy on Via Velo products is in effect 30 days from the time of purchase. Please note that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange over 30 days. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash.


    Once your returned item is received and inspected, our staff will notify you by email. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.

    Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your financial institution and/or credit card company. Please allow sufficient time for your refund to be applied. If you have concerns, please contact us at info@viavelobike.com.

    Sale items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    Via Velo will replace defective or damaged items. If you require an exchange for the same item, please contact us by email: info@viavelobike.com.


    If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.


    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of  shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
